Upon release, Blizzard had yet to release a set of cosmetics for Doomfist so players had to play with his base skin and no voice lines apart from a Golden Weapon skin. However, a new patch has landed on the PTR and brings with it a set of cosmetics for our upcoming 25th hero Doomfist.
