Social content & strategy

Social media video production

Most companies treat social video as a second budget and a second team. We build it out of the shoot you were already paying for, on a strategy that says what to post and why. Social media video production and video content strategy are the same job here, not two vendors who never speak.

What social media video production covers

Cut

Short form video production

Vertical video built for the feed, not letterboxed leftovers from a horizontal edit. Captioned, hooked in the first two seconds, sized per platform.

Plan

Video content strategy

The pillars, the cadence and the calendar. What you post weekly, what you post monthly, and which of it is worth paying to boost.

Stretch

One shoot, every channel

We plan the shoot day so the brand film, the executive interview and thirty social cuts all come out of it. Social stops being a separate line item.

Tend

Community & engagement

Comment strategy, reply tone, and the habits that turn a feed into somewhere people come back to. We built one of these from zero.

A posting schedule cannot save footage nobody wanted to watch

Social agencies schedule and caption. Production companies shoot and leave. The gap between them is where most corporate social budgets disappear. We do both, so the strategy changes what gets filmed and the edit serves the plan rather than working around it.

Every platform gets its own cut

Reels, TikTok and Shorts are vertical but not identical: hook length, caption weight and pacing all differ. LinkedIn wants square or four-by-five and rewards a slower open. Nothing here is exported once and posted five times.

Social media video production questions

Do you post for us, or just make the videos?
Either. Most clients take the films, the cuts and the calendar from us and keep publishing in house so the accounts stay in their name. If you would rather we run the posting as well, that is part of the retainer.
How many social pieces come out of one shoot day?
A well-planned interview day usually yields one flagship film plus twenty to forty short form cuts, because we shoot knowing the vertical crops are coming. A day shot without that plan usually yields far fewer, and they look like offcuts.
Can you work with footage we already have?
Yes. An archive edit is often the fastest way to start: we cut a first month of social from material you have already paid for, and use what performs to shape the next shoot.
What does social media video production cost?
It depends on cadence and whether we are shooting or editing existing material. Editing an archive is the cheapest entry; a monthly shoot day with a full cut list sits higher. Tell us the volume you need and we will scope it.

Bring a rough idea, a business goal, or nothing at all. We spend an hour on the story worth telling, the formats that would carry it, and what it would actually take to make. No deck, no obligation, and you keep the ideas either way.
