After being unbanned and once again able to compete in Overwatch Contenders, Coluge has announced that xQc will be joining Team Goats for Overwatch Contenders Trials in place of Gator.

Last Sunday, the Shanghai Dragons released MG from the team who revealed in a Weibo post that he chose to leave himself after being disappointed with his OWL experience in America.

Tryouts for Team USA for the 2018 Overwatch World Cup have begun with coach Aero running a tournament-style trial. Houston Outlaws Jake has announced that he has declined a tryout invitation for Team USA and instead has something big planned this year.
