Kid Icarus: Uprising is a fast-paced fantasy third-person shooter video game developed by Project Sora and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS.
With development led by Masahiro Sakurai, Kid Icarus: Uprising was designed with the intent to make full use of the Nintendo 3DS's capabilities, but on release was met with criticism for problems related to the game's controls and issues with multiplayer implementation.
