NYXL Fl0W3R on Becoming a Pro, Korea Overwatch World Cup Team, travelling to USA for OWL | Interview

We were able to sit down with former LW Blue's Yeon-oh " Fl0W3R " Hwang in Hongdae, South Korea before his trip to the USA for the Overwatch World Cup. We were able to chat with him about a variety of topics, including his path to becoming pro, how he got close to XQC and Surefour from team Canada, going to USA for OWL to join New York Excelsior and more.

As he is not of age to play in the Overwatch League, Fl0w3r is currently an inactive member of the NYXL squad.

Widely considered to be one of the best flex dps players in the world, Fl0W3R started his honing his fps skills in games such as Quake and Team Fortress 2 before moving on to Overwatch. You can catch his streams here

Blizzard's Overwatch World Cup 2017 featured the Top 32 national teams around the globe competing in Shanghai, Sydney, Katowice, and Los Angeles to battle for one of eight spots in the Overwatch World Cup playoffs at BlizzCon this November.

The Overwatch World Cup 2017 is one of the biggest international tournaments in Overwatch, featuring stars from all around the world including Ryujehong, aKm, SoOn, TviQ, Surefour, Kruise, and Chipshajen, Fl0w3r among others.
