As Riot Games releases more and more skins, from the dragon-themed Elderflame set to the new Oni cosmetics, the VALORANT community has been left divided.

While some players are content with the price tag assigned by Riot Games, there are many who have been vocally upset over the upfront price in addition to the hefty Radianite costs of the upgrade system.

Given how there are only two ways to earn Radianite points, either to earn rewards from the battle pass or purchase these points directly, many are calling for the system to be overhauled to improve the unlocking experience.

In addition to skins, there have also been criticisms over the state of the battle pass and Riot Games' current approach to monetization currently present in the game.
