LW Blue Mano on playing for Korea Overwatch World Cup Team, Going to OWL / USA, Pro Journey & more

Our interview with LW Blue's main tank, Dong Gyu "Mano" Kim. He recently joined fellow world cup teammates Saebyeolbe and Fl0W3R on LW Blue. Mano's team has established themselves as one of the best in the world with strong performances at each season of OGN's Overwatch APEX. Originally a Lucio main, he's adjusted to the main tank position well, and is widely regarded to be one of the most well-rounded on both Winston and Reinhardt. Mano was selected to represent South Korea for the 2017 Overwatch World Cup and will play alongside superstars Ryu Jehong, Tobi, Flow3r, Saebyeolbe and Zunba at Blizzcon in Anaheim. We were able to catch up with him in Hongdae where he talks about his journey to becoming pro, being selected for South Korea World Cup team, New York Overwatch League, why he was excited to see Surefour at Overwatch World Cup and more.

Blizzard's Overwatch World Cup 2017 featured the Top 32 national teams around the globe competing in Shanghai, Sydney, Katowice, and Los Angeles to battle for one of eight spots in the Overwatch World Cup playoffs at BlizzCon this November.
