After losing to GCU on the first round of the 2017 NA LCS summer promotion tournament, NV faced off against eUnited in the Loser's bracket. With their LCS spot on the line, the stakes could not be higher for NV who managed to pull through with a 3-1 to close out the series. NV move on for a rematch against GCU in the final series of the tournament which will determine whether or not they will be returning next split.
