Dallas Fuel To Host Home Games, Overwatch League S2 Prizing Format & Schedule Updates | Akshon Recap

The second season of the Overwatch League starts on February 14th, 2019. Changes to the schedule with the addition of 8 new teams has extended the regular season into late-August along with a new format and prizing structure amoung other changes.

One of the highlights of the news announcements is the reveal of games being played on the road this year as the league gears up to embrace their city based model in 2020. Dallas Fuel, Atlanta Reign and Los Angeles Valiant will be the three teams who will host games in their home cities this year. Ticket sales and venue information will be managed by each franchise respectively.
